Perhaps, the CJN they are trying to install will fetch them victory at the SC which will lead to suspension of elections in both states. That will give them time to go for the kill after the general elections would have been over, when full elections would be conducted in those states alone.

Only the CJN cannot determine a case at the SC, so dont get your hopes up moreover the Both CJN do have a questions to answer with the NJC, but I dont see APC fielding candidates in both states, even if the case gets up to the Hague, its just a simple disregard for court orders that is the problem of Rivers APC, if only they had adhered to the Court order they will not be in the position they find themselves today, this should serve as a lesson to orders that the rule of law must be followed at all times, it should not be selective.

Is like we are forgotten the case between Alimood Sharif and PDP When they were dragging the party chairman up to supreme court which gave a judgement in favour of PDP. When PDP approach inec for the shifting of the election date to enable their candidate prepare, Inec responded that they can not shift the election date because of one political party that failed to put his house in other and went ahead and conduct the election which APC won.

The same Rivers state where all the Senators are in the APC. They are stalling Rivers election and when the reason for stalling becomes apparent, you'll cry blood.
