Governor Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos State has arrived the State House of Assembly to present the 2019 budget for the state



The budget presentation comes barely two days after the national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC)Bola Tinubu brokered peace between the governor and the Lagos State lawmakers.



The lawmakers had initially threatened to impeach the governor over alleged gross misconduct, including alleged spending before budget approval.



Recall that after a meeting of the Governor’s Advisory Committee (GAC), in Lagos on Sunday, Tinubu had said: “We examined the grievances on both sides. As leaders, we also looked into areas where there has to be compromise.

“In order to build institutions and encourage consensus-building, we have to do what is right.


“There is no impeachment. Let there be more communication and consensus-building and understanding. All these are inbuilt in the democratic system.”

Tuesday's budget presentation prevented the Governor Ambode from joining the APC's presidential rallies in Ekiti and Ondo States.

*Why I was removed as Governor*
1) I constructed 22 roads in Alimosho and refused to award any of the contracts to Aregbesola and co.
2) I insisted that contracts that had been awarded to party leaders under Fashola must be executed before they can be awarded new contracts under my regime.
3) I wanted to phase out Danfos and Area boys from the streets of Lagos and introduce smarter means of transportation without Area boys and Agberos.
4) I refused to pad the budget with 10% for house of assembly members led by Bayo Osinowo and Mudashir Obasa.
5) I refused to grant the concession of 4th mainland bridge to Tinubu’s Hitech
6) I refused to increase the amount of money being paid from the state revenue to Tinubu through Alpha Beta from 10% to 20%
7) I developed Epe. Epe was never in their master plan.
I refused to support Aregbesola and Bayo Osinowo’s senatorial ambitions because they are not Lagosians.
9) I refused to use Lagos state funds to finance osun elections.
10) I opposed Tinubu’s succession plan, which will see his son Seyi Tinubu becoming the next Governor of Lagos state after me.

The battle for the the CJN is not yet over. He won't resign.

He has accepted his error and wants to be punished according to the law he broke but refused to be settled behind the door as offered to him by Buhari.

He rejected Buhari's back door settlement to resign, he wants it to follow due process through legal proceedings, that's how a man fights.

And the same CCB refused to grant us access to Amaechi, Fashola, Abba Kyari, Liar Mohammed, etc asset declaration forms so we can as well scrutinize their own, and lastly Buhari that's blaming someone and suspending CJN for not declaring all his asset refused to declare his own asset after he promised to do so in 2015.

Nigerians are daft, just allowing some useless people that are not even half intelligent to be taking them for a ride and I blame Yorubas mostly for the nonsense Hausa-Fulani illiterates are using the rest of Nigerians to do, if not for Yoruba people usual sell out of the rest of the Southern Nigeria, who born Hausa-Fulani to do anyhow
