Watch the Areas highlighted as “Close”. It’s basically anyone’s game at this time.

Being an Atiku/Obi supporter, I’ll urge his campaign team to focus on these battleground states if he wants to win the 2019 presidential election.

I want to make specific reference to Kano. It is assumed that PDP will win the Governorship election, however, it is unclear how the voters will vote at the presidential election.

2019 is a very peculiar election and will guide future predictions of presidential elections in Nigeria. We’re yet to understand how the poor leadership, bad economy and insecurity will impact the election especially in the NC, NW and NE regions. These factors are easier predicted on the SS, SE and SW states and that’s why some of the SW states are battleground states at this time.

Well in the paragraph befor the last, I noted that PDP will likely win the state governorship election in Kano but I highly doubt Atiku will win Buhari at the presidential election.

One thing you should consider is Buhari’s record and margin of wins in Kano since 2003 elections

how can osun , ondo ,ekiti be close.u think yorubas will be making noise online to vote osinbanjo enmass the way our brothers from the east are making abi.buhari will win southwest atleast 65% to 35% for atiku.pdp got no good structures in almost all the southwest states.and u think the sw governors will jus stand dey look like mumu when they r expecting ss and southeast governors to inflates votes for atiku to favour their own agenda.Apc governors are definitely going to inflate figures too bro for buhari as we saw in 2015 wn ss se inflated figures for joNathan and nw NE inflated for buhari.I don't think we Nigerians are ready for free elections yet.we r still playing tribal and religious politics in this country.
Conclusion : for senate and house of Representatives apc is likely gonna win majority but for presidential election.hmmmmm , buhari may likely loose unless the apc caucus are going be playing it dirty the way pdp wanna play it

Well check the voting pattern in the southern states. When Ojukwu contested election in 2003, South East voted APGA at the Governorship level but voted PDP at the presidential level. Obasanjo didn’t get overwhelming support from the South West when he was running either. APC will likely win most SW states at the state and house of assembly level, but the voting pattern is a little different at the presidential level, coupled to the poor economy which Buhari and Osinbajo are running
