This is the funniest thing I have read this week. Why do I have a feeling that this innovative but ridiculous idea came from Dino Melaye, the grandmaster of imaginary persecutions. Hehehe. Just watch, an assassination attempt will be the next claim.
They already alleged resignation at gun point.

Very Good thing atleast there records to see his transactions and to also reveal his agric business partners and clients. Where the farms were located or offices and did he pay taxes on such agric transactions or not. If he lied it's another offence.
Re: Onnoghen Hints At Agriculture /farming As Source Of His Wealth by poseidon12: 7:24am On Feb 06, 2019
The APC criminals that are accusing the CJN of corruption do not know that he owns a large and profitable farming operation. The CJN is sure about the source of his wealth. That is why he is not accepting the so called soft landing that tribalist Buhari and his fellow criminals are offering. He wants his day in court.
Meanwhile, the corrupt Chairman of the CCT, Danladi Umar, should step aside for the case to go on.
Nigeria is really a messed up country that needs to disintegrate for the normal and civilized ones to move on and join the rest of the civilized world.

Who is talking about tinubu....bleep tinubu , if you have any corrupt case against him approach efcc and stop disgracing yourself here, a whole cjn is dishing out a false alarm, all in an effort to escape justice, you are bringing tinubu, a thief is a thief, regardless of party affiliation or ethnic background, if it is by witch hunting some of them a gradually being exposed let it be so, gradually they will be witch hunting one another, and God so kind , things will get normal.

To be fair, I am aware that a lot of media trial is going on right now which is not to onnoghen's favour. I wish his lawyers will change the narrative and focus on the illegality of his removal rather than his assets cos I am in doubt that he can convincingly explain where all that money came from....not in today's world where every money can be traced digitally to the last Kobo. The ridiculous claims needs to stop now. I was in support of him going to trial to clear his good name, innocence and his suspension. I wish he will get smart lawyers that will help him achieve that.

Like it or not Onnoghen will win this case in court , he is a lawyer , a very smart one at that ...and all he needs is to cook up a nice story , and balance his accounts well.... except the judge is biased, buhari's style of media trial , gives this guy's ample time to think....how many have been convicted so far huh
Before u start shouting CJN they lie , Buhari that ruled for 4 years and came out to say some whack unknown organization, headed by lazy Nigerian youths .... bought his expression of interest form of over 35 million ( trying to pretend he doesn't have such money) where una dey huh
Lawyers lie for a living , as long as the lie sounds reasonable...
Oh my God, this lil kid again...I weep at the incoherent garbage you just spewed, particularly because you're supposedly the leader of tomorrow, Nigeria has no future with unthinking sprouts like you oo!

Look at the way you just unintelligently commented on a very serious issue like this. Perhaps it can be alluded to youthful exuberance though, you might likely grow into sense, Hopefully!!

If there’s one phrase I don’t like that people keep throwing around, it is the media trial of a thing. The corruption trial of the CJN of a country is big news and media companies are bound to feast on it. The FG can’t stop the media from investigating and reporting their findings.

If what the media is carrying is media trial then people should investigate how the US media feast on this kind of situation. At least no paparazzi has gone to his house to get his picture or even break into his house. No private media has requested for interview or privately gone to investigate or verify his so called assets.

Using the phrase media trial is simply trying to water down the importance of the trial of a CJN of whole country. It is a big deal and the media wants the biggest deal as news.

The fact is that there’s nothing to clear from his name that is why he’s running from pillar to post trying to dismiss his trial through technical means rather than face it squarely.

He’s also trying to use delay tactics with the believe that the president won’t be elected and he will be let off the hook.

Some of you guys are really jokers, honestly. A man said his farm was attacked all of a sudden pple have twisted it to mean he said he got his money from there or the farm just sprung up.

That farm has been in existence for years & he’s never hidden it, he’s had problem of cattle rustling before it’s why he dsnt have cattle there before someone gets killed over a cow. Got to the police station in Nasarawa, the reports are there.

That AGRIC CODE the mischievous OP is trying to imply that it is he’s farm is actually the name of aninvestment portfolio at standard Chartered Bank.

Going by the so called EFCC report, they have reduced the money’s found from BILLIONS to millions of NAIRA and THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS with their source being investments, treasury bills and shares and 55 house to 1 house in Chari close .

Now they are throwing SHIT at the wall hoping one wld stick.

The man is no fool, you don’t keep money in your account as a civil servant you can’t justify. He’s asked them to go ahead with their investigation, they are very free.

Interesting. But why keep mum all these while? I understand that he is not allowed to talk to the press but one can technically still release this information to the public domain. Again, why are the lawyers not focusing on his illegal suspension which to me is far important than his assets which is still under debate.

You want a crooked CJN with unexplainable hidden 3 million dollars to clear his "good name, innocence and suspension", really! I'm not surprised though, corruption is a now a profession for this generation of Nigerians.

Smart move on Onnoghen's part if the farm were also declared in the asset declaration forms. It becomes a burden if the farms were not declared.
But whether all this is really necessary when he can just resign with life salary as CJ baffles me.
