For those who want to screenshot without having to use the physical power and volume keys, here are the steps...

Downside tho, u will have to active the navigation buttons,as u will need to long press on the back key to get a screenshot

This one is called Village people force (VPF) . I'll advise him to just return it back to jumia asap cause his phone has been compromised by his Village citizens. One more delay by him leads to more compromise by them.

Go to Settings>System>About A3. Look for build number and tap on it for 6 times. Then go back to System Developer options would have appeared.
