Chymath:
I have suffered acne and pimples like no other. It almost affected my Self Confidence,
but I didn't give up on myself. I decided to look for solution.

I researched a lot and discovered that Pimples are caused by blocked skin pore as a result of
dirt, oil and dead cells.

Eating nuts do not cause pimples, healthy meals do not cause pimples.

Eating fried foods and other over processed foods that is what we call junk foods are
the greatest cause of acne and pimples. This is because they aggravate the oil secreting gland
called sebaceous gland to produce more oil thereby causing the skin pores to be blocked and inflamed
BOOM!!! Here comes pimples.

So what did I discover during my research?

Eat healthy meals and nuts that are in their natural state.
Drink enough water.
Wash your face regularly.
Stop popping it.
Engage in regular exercise.
Exfoliate your face
Say NO to junk foods.
Stop using chemical filled products on your skin
Use natural products on your skin

And many other healthy habits
