I don't know if the the news that Obiano said Buhari is working for the creation of a new state in Igbo land is true. However, it is very important to point out the the constitution of Nigeria has no provision for state creation. So anyone who is talking about state creation in any part of the country is only trying to be deceitful.

There is nothing like state creation

What I'm getting at is that the President of Nigeria has no power to create states. Only the national assembly can create states

So if the president showed emotion towards it, it is deciet. You shouldn't be showing emotion over something that is beyond your power

Given the wicked treatment Buhari has dished out on Ndigbo since becoming president, if Obiano is asking Ndigbo to vote for this very same bigot based solely on emotions he may have expressed, then he (Obiano) is more daft and gullible than i actually gave him credit for!
