who are we to blame, inec ,court or opposition party?
But I think that court should chose a particular faction out of the 2 faction instead of disqualifying the ruling APC in the whole state...
I'm sure PDP can't take that option if it were done against PDP...
I know that similar case of having 2 factions had been occurring (especially in a ruling party) , but court will chose one as being more authentic e.g in 2015, it occurred in Enugu state, between GOV Sullivan Chime and DSP Ike Ekweremmadu,but court recognized Ekweremmadu's faction as being Authentic.
so I don't think it's not completely right to erase a party on the grounds of factions, one faction shd be recognized as being authentic...
imagine erasing PDP in Kano, what their reaction would be...
