Rivers APC members also voted for Buhari during the primaries while Rivers APC case was still in court. If you go by that, it therefore means Buhari was not validly nominated. The issue must be taken to court

You have forgotten PMB primary election was direct election which was open to all Nigerians. Besides Is Atiku now afraid of facing PMB in general election. You practically don't want any election in Nigeria, just Atiku and all PDP candidates should be elected unopposed

Stop deflecting! The Court declared both direct and indirect primaries of Rivers APC null and void. Rivers APC also participated in nominating Buhari as their candidate while their case was in court. Therefore, Buhari was not validly nominated

The two factions acted outside the law on all issues pertaining to APC Rivers during the pendency of the Court case of which the court affirmed. PDP leadership must go to court on this issue

In accordance with the judgement of the Supreme Court validating the judgement of the High Court that the APC is ineligible to fill candidates in all elective positions in Rivers State, I hereby call on the PDP leadership to approach the court for the interpretation of the judgement and its effects on the Presidential election. If there anyone who mistakenly vote for APC and Buhari in the forthcoming Presidential election in Rivers, such votes must be declared null and void.

It would be an aberration for votes to be awarded to APC in the Presidential election in respect of the judgement. Therefore, the PDP must, as a matter of urgency, seek the legal interpretation of the judgement.

Besides, the nomination of President Mohammedu Buhari as APC Presidential Candidate should be challenged in Court since Rivers APC also participated in the Primaries that produced him as their candidate

All presidential candidates have the whole country as their constituency. You don't need anyone to interpret a secondary school knowledge to you...unless you are joking anyway.
