may God bless the op of this thread, please sir I am trying to invest with the little I have, and my project now is still on land level, thinking about going thru foundation to dpc, but the issue is I am not arround, and the person in charge is saying the bricklayer or engineer is charging 300k for the pegging and setting of the foundation....the project is 5 unit self contain, so I want to ask is this price to much or is it ok  |

Also note that you'll be paying separately for all works done by the mason/brick layer, their helpers and every other artisan. You're also paying for foundation excavation and blinding of the foundation. And yes as well to the bold as you said. |
