If Buhari can get 50% in the SW and NC, with what I'm seeing in the North, Buhari is already a winner. It was like a carnival. Before his arrival, the stadium had been full beyond capacity to the extent that people started suffocating because of limited breathing space. That's the direct opposite of you people's expectations. Unlike Buhari whose rallies were filled with Niger republic people ushered into Nigeria by 2 prominent governors from Niger. In Ogun, you saw how people were stoning your mentor and his team. With that, you dont need to wait for any prophet to predict what would happen there on Saturday, same in other places. Was $16bn truly spent on power or budgeted for power.From the CBN report, it says only about $3bn was spent on power the remainder of $7bn kept in an Escrow account with the CBN.I am only asking because this whole $16bn thing na hoax.I am neither PDP or APC, I am just asking.
