What browser do you use?
Try uploading one pic at a time, and check the size of the file to see if its not heavy, and if it is, try screenshoting them before uploading

how were you able to insert the nano sim card? where did you get the nano sim from? Please i havent used mine since i bought it because i dont have nano sim

work to any sim seller outlet tell them you want to buy nano SIM card it's just 200 naira that's the amount I bought mine on Monday glo 4G nano SIM card.. open the sim tray it's easy to put...

You dont need to get new sims...go to those sim sellers/phone repairers and tell them to cut your sims into nano size.

It is either you go to your service provider for a sim swap cos the new Sims comes with the regular, micro, and nano sim cutouts and most definitely be 4G Sims too..
OR
Just goto any phone shop or shops like dat and tell em you want to cut your sim to Nano..
For me I'll advice the 1st option cos you'll have a newer sim, and probably the cutting to Nano might not be accurate and possibly damage your gold panel rendering the sim useless (from experience).

i cut mine without anything happening 2 it go n cut ur sim jor

Someone pls help me with a good battery saving app, am still not enjoying my A3 pro ba3, it's only WhatsApp that I need to keep active because of my job, I have never used 4g yet, I keep only WhatsApp running yet I can't get up to 14hrs B4 ba3 drains off for a 3300mah while my 3000mah can go for 20hrs.
Note: I got d phone from jumia and I have not been able to update cos it say phone is on current update.

thanks to mizik i got my sister's umidigi A3pro yesterday delivered to me (she bought it as a val gift for herself)...apparently i was lucky coz it became out of stock after ordering it...great craftmanship i must say,really sleek ,the graphics is lit....i almost started using it myself (funny thing is my sister was umipeppering with the phone oooo) ...great device, for a budget friendly phone i give it 9/10 ,will be waiting to get my own umidigi device when f1 hits jumia...partially i have joined the family

So I wanted to order on Junia, saw a3 pro for 35k, as I was about to place order, it just disappeared and when I searched and searched I saw it for 42k again. Am confused how the price can easily go up. What do you advice?

Kindly advice as well, below is the spec of desired phone. 3g ram, 32grom, good battery, full display, good camera, front led notification light (very important), sleek design and very light. I am willing to wait till I save up. Just give me the umidigi phone that has all above features. Thanks

When my umi was delivered,I couldn't wait so I went on a straight to cut the SIM with a scissors and it's working fine now, you can try it if u want to, just cut every rubber around the golden chip and smoothen the eeges(carefully)

Here where I live tho, it's about ₦400-₦500 ,if swapping is what u want to do, u can still try cutting it urself cos afterall even if there is any damage u will swap it in the end...

Thanks for your swift response. I will wait then. But is it advisable to buy on Ali express for 32k. I have a China address I can ship to, and my contact will ship to Naija in a week or so at a fee per kg?
