Topccy007z:Universities were on Strike for about two years when Obasanjo/Atikuloot were looting. Universities were on strike for about a year when Goatluck/Sambo were looting. All in PDP government. This last strike was as a result of agreements that PDP entered into without fulfilling which the APC government inherited because government is a continuous entity.
