Latrose Finance; an Investment Company, located at Ajah, is recruiting to fill the following Contract vacancies:

1. Investment Lead
2. Interns and Youth Service Corpers
3. Collection Agents (Part-time; Located in the whole of Lagos)

1. INVESTMENT LEAD
The following are responsibilities and requirements of an Investment Lead, Must be able to:
• Write financial research summaries and provide Stock brokers, Fund managers and Stock market traders with financial information and informed recommendations.
• Examine Economic trends and their impact on investment potential.
• Analyze company’s accounts, profits and loss sheets and cash flow information.
• Evaluate asset allocation and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Make financial modeling and projections.
• Engage in public debt issuance and review financial contracts.
• Resolve all trade issues with utmost priority.
Qualifications: Accounting / Economics / Mathematics / Statistics / Banking / Finance

2. INTERNS and CORPERS
An intern’s specific responsibilities may include:
• Financial analysis and modeling, industry research, preparation of slides and other written materials
• Loan Disbursement.
• Manage and resolve all finance issues.
• Investment management
• Provides assistance to Investment team in projects such as pitch books and the execution of mergers and acquisition mandates.

3. COLLECTION AGENTS (Part-time)
The following are responsibilities and requirements of Collection Agents, Must be able to:
• Door-to-Door collection of corporative and loan funds
• Initiate strategies for payment collection processes and procedures.
• Respond to customer’s inquiries and negotiates payment plans.
• Collaborate with Accounts receivables staff regarding collection of funds.
• Create repayment schedules based on customer’s financial situations.
• Retain customer loyalty while initiating processes for collection of payments.
• Maintain and update record of customers from whom collections are made.
• Update and maintain accurate account of collections activity and incoming payments on claim files.

Successful candidates must have the following Competencies and skills on which they would be evaluated.

Skills:
• Ability to research, analyze and evaluate.
• Creative Logic - leadership and organizational skills.
• Analytical and Quantitative reasoning.
• Intellectual vigor and prowess
• Self-confidence, drive and tenancity.

Competencies:
• Must be IT literate
• Must speak fluently and communicate excellently.
• Have ability to multi- task with little or no supervision.
• Must be Charismatic
• Strong orientation toward teamwork, ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Requirements:
 Preferred background in Sciences and Technology.
 Must be Flexible and Tech Savvy.
 Must have strong online presence and desire for the job.

Asides for Interns and NYSC Corp members, the daily engagement is Freelance. Remuneration is attractive and there are other allowances and pecks.
