I finished my secondary education in 2013 but did not pass the key subject in waec now I'm 25 and want to re write waec in 2019, please is it advisable?

Of course you can. Why is there G.C.E and gatecrashed exams organized by the body in the first place?. Probably you are thinking of writing S.S.C.E right? Don't worry that is not a problem just register in an organized secondary school and then study to show yourself approved.
