Online clearance > physical clearance > school fee payment > then before you pay for hostel fees and get a hostel?
Or in order exactly?

And since old students have been applying for accommodation does that mean they'll take all the space before new students (especially for reserved halls)?

Hello house. My nephew is done with filling and uploading documents on his new kofa page. Does he need to just click save or save and request. After that what's the next step?

Click on save & request for clearance. Then he should be ready to come to school for physical clearance and resumption.

That date or calendar you saw isn't yet approved, Thursday will tell if it will stay or change. No dates for physical clearance, he should just go to his faculty when he resumes for the clearance.

please when coming for physical clearance, I originally planned to bring all d things I'll need for the semester.. including a bag load of foodstuffs and other things.

Now someone called me and adviced me against that, saying freshers would be moved from hostel to hostel and it's not wise to come with so many load now. that I should travel as light as possible.

my question now is, should I take this advice or is there going to be a way I can cope even if I come with as many goods as I want?

Secondly please how long does physical clearance take? ie, the minimum and maximum weeks.

thirdly I heard physical clearance is beginning on the 20th.. would 27th be too late for me to come?

senate is yet to approve the proposed calendar, most likely it would be done this week, so wait till new calendar is approved. Physical clearance dates are assigned to you on your kofa page once it commences and temporary accommodation is usually given out depends on the directive of the Dean of students. So wait till everything is set and yes travel light first if your place is not so far because temporary accommodation is for max 3weeks. Whenever you have gotten a permanent place to stay you can then get all your things down.. Note: deciding factor is proximity of home to school

Boss make sure you come with all your foodstuff, I mean everything if not you'll become the number 1customer at BUKA.

It's not difficult to carry loads from hostel to hostels, travelling back home might not be that easy because physical clearance can be stressful added with the fact that you still have to do record files and attend lectures too. Come with all your things and stay within the school, even if they relocate you to another hostel, you simply take a cab and in just 5-10 minutes you're at your newly assigned hostel.


Resume early if not you might not see a space in the hostel to stay.
