I hope they have not technically deployed disfunctional and rejected card readers recalled from other States. If they have shortfalls they should simply postpone the election in affected areas rather than supply rubbish. Just saying my own piece ...

Almost 5000 Card Readers burnt @ INEC's Awka, Anambra Office.
Which means about =>
5000 card readers x 500voters/card reader = 2,500,000 voters are at the brink of being disenfranchised in Anambra state, a PDP stronghold. Not minding other PDP strongholds that have experienced inexplicable and avoidable fire incidents.
In our opinion, that INEC Should postpone Anambra presidential and federal legislature elections to February 23, 2019. This will allow for proper programming of new card readers and adequate arrangement for INEC staff to test run these devices and for adhoc electoral officers to be organized to conduct free and fair elections.
