When will they arrest this guy or is the law criminalising same sex relationship and marriage not also against cross-dressing? I've always said it that our problem here in Nigeria is not that there are no strong laws, but that we do not implement the laws. Even if NASS passes a bill to proscribe death sentence for people convicted of stealing govt money, we'll only rejoice over it but never see people being jailed let alone sentenced to death.
