Iboyx:Same as mine. lordthree:I use accessbank and Firstbank and its enabled for internet,I use it on Ali express, but its not working on Playstore. |

Get access bank visa card, it works on playstore. |

mjay2018:what i do that works for me is i use a vpn, set my location to usa then create a new google play account, the currency will be set to USD/Dollar and payment works when i use my card. |
