There has to be more to this, for them not to get back to you or acknowledge the receipt of your documents.
Check the return address to make sure you have the right one, confirm that you have sent your docs to the right address and the number you have been calling, make sure it is actually the number you ought to be calling.
Also, read through their site or documents well, like the lady said, you might have been told where to check for update and status.

Fhemmy, plz do u know how I could pay application fee?...I dnt have a credit card but ATM(Debit card).....

ctrume: I must say I have the same experience too with uni Regina, they have refused to upload my received docs on the admission portal,the number never goes tru except voicemail,they promise to upload and never do and since January,still not a word on admission. Think they are already overwhelmed by nigeria applicants.

I applied for Masters program for the Fall 2019 in the university of Saskatchewan, I graduated with a CGPA of 4.74 of 5.0 in my last two years and overall CGPA of 4.47 of 5.0. I have also gotten a potential supervisor with the department and I also mentioned his name in my application. And my potential supervisor is the graduate chair for the department I applied to.


Please, how certain is my admission for the Fall term and when likely will decision be made also.

and all my documents have been approved.
Application status says approved and waiting for review
They even waved the transcript for me (IBO transcript)
@poster, yu have to go to their admission portals to check the status of ur application
BUT they reply my own emails ooo, i email them everytime and their replies are efficient and helpful (i convinced them about the transcript and they removed it from my application). They always advise me to contact them if i have more questions
application fee was paid by mum (works in canada)
