The Independent National Electoral Commission will automatically disenfranchise about 1.5m voters dues the policy ''you must vote where you registered''.

For the 2019 general election, there are a total of 119,973 polling units in Nigeria. There are about 29 presidential candidates, though some have no business being there.

But let's narrow them down to about 10. The 10 will have a party agent in each polling unit. Each unit will have 2 police officers. Minimum number of INEC staff, 3.

If you put these numbers together and multiply by the number of polling units (15x119, 973), you will have a total of 1,799,595.

These people will be working on locations different from where they registered. Or, are security agencies and election staff not supposed to vote?

If my argument is right, then I think it's better we have good electoral reform and mechanism that will allow individuals vote from any.

Gurus in the house, your opinion.
