Former presidential candidate, Madam Oby Ezekwesili has reacts to President Buhari threat to Ballot Box Snatchers.

Buhari who warned those planning to snatch Ballot Box during the elections to be ready to pay with their lives.

He said that such act would be the last unlawful act the person will engage in.

Oby Ezekwesili reacts to Buhari's order as she said it's against the law, she said.

Please get the Attorney General to walk over to the Villa and show @MBuhari that Sec.129 (4) of the Electoral Act 2010 (as amended) provides that, any person who snatches or destroys any election material commits an offence and is liable on conviction to 24 months imprisonment✍�.

Buhari is once again attempting to rape our laws like he had always done in the past ..
In 1983 is raped our laws by illegally removing an elected democratic govt despite what our constitution said about the ways a Nigerian President could be removed..
Just recently Buhari again attempted to use the the DSS to forcefully remove the Legislative leadership contrary to what out constitution stated .

Don't mind the sinking tyrant and his bunch of occult morons.


They are the ones twisting the word of the murderous tyrant to suit there murderous inclinations. Supporters of this idiocy are the reason there are large scale killings in the land on daily basis.

Nowhere did tyrant mention ARMED ballot snatching. But his hopeless supporters had to import that into the narrative just to satisfy their god's quest for innocent blood. Even armed robbers are not killed extra judicially except in cases of self-defense. It's folks like the tyrant supporters that lynch people on the street for stealing bread. No single value for human life.

The tyrant threatened POTENTIAL "ballot snatchers" with military extra judicial killings DURING AN ELECTION WEEK and they are here and there supporting it.

Shame on all of you, if you are one of those who support this madness.

Nigerian youth, support and vote for Atiku Abubakar. He would certainly create the enabling environment necessary for business to thrive. He would give us jobs and not make us redundant like Buhari.

Again the president tried to remove a serving CJN and appoint his own using imaginary powers he didn't have a problem that has now left our Judciary in tatters with with two CJNs

Why Today's Call Is Another Attempt to Suspend The Electoral Act.

The Nigeria Electoral Act is a set of laws that govern the conduct of Nigerian elections and there is no where in that electoral act where the death penalty is suggested for any Electoral crime at all, in Fact the law is even very clear on the fate of Ballot Snatchers under it and I quote

Section 129 (4) of the Electoral Act states, “Any person who snatches or destroys any election material commits an offence and is liable on conviction to 24 months imprisonment.”

In terms of electoral violence, the act stipulates in Section 131 that anyone found culpable “is liable on conviction to a fine of N1,000, 000 or imprisonment for a term of three years.”



Buharis statement is nothing but a clear suspension of our electoral act, infact a coup against the electoral act that was put in place to protect the electoral process and by making such a statement Buhari is attempting to suspend the act to give rise to anarchy and Jungle justice which will eventually cumulate into gross human rights abuse and intimidation of voters significant enough to alter the result of the exercise in Buhari favour..

Buharis statement must rejected by anyone who has a conscience and the fear of God .
