How many years of coaching did it take Mourinho to win his 2 Champions League trophies even with 2 different teams. How many years did it take him to play in 6 semi finals of champions league How many years combined did it take Mourinho to win 3 premier league titles How many years did it take Mourinho to win 20 major trophies Humour me!
Alex Ferguson has done very well and I'm not taking anything away from him. However, if you do a year to performance ratio, you will observe that Mourinho has been extremely superb!


Talking about criticisms, I can take them in public. Mourinho has a bit of man management issue though but that's not enough reasons to call him "useless"
