He is too undiplomatic and divisive in his utterances / leadership style.

We agree Buhari is not an orator or any of that with the benefit of his military background.
But we need something sterner to put us in our place. With this warning of shoot at sight for ballot snatchers;one would think twice before engaging in such act.

The rule is ,simply cast your vote peacefully and let others be. If there is any irregularities you can use the courts to exercise such rights ;but doing otherwise will be most unwise at this critical time.

I don't support violence, but this is the kind of language we Nigerians understand. Civility makes us unruly.

If any irregularity is seen you take the case to the tribunal.
But the case of violently snatching people's franchise then you need to a price (I don't support his penalty pronouncement, but something sterner).

Nigerians are not matured enough for the rule of law... Someone will see red in the traffic light and move is that person normal? Police will stop your car you'll zoom off, someone will tell a police man I can pay your salary. Our politicians will steal and wait for the judge to grant them bail.
But In civilized countries we see political office holders resign for mere allegations.
It's only in Nigeria, a sitting Senate president, governor, minister all have corruption cases and still occupying their offices. Because of the so called rule of law. The message these men are using the rule of law to pass to the younger generation is wrong. They're simply telling us that with money and a good lawyer you can buy verdict . We can still learn from China as civilized as they're it doesn't affect their strict laws.

Lastly if those ballot snatchers are treated with kids gloves the voters are not safe and if something happens people like Ekwesili will still call out buhari.
