They had a version of the same but IN first wanted the helicopter to have folding tail boom and main rotors capabilities in the same before they considered the same.

Let's see now , if the same gets validated then the ASW will come online quickly.

@nemesis8u: Great update on the Aero 2019 !! Really like the LCA MK2. Just an observation but Canards on the LCA MK2 somehow got a unusual location on the airframe compared to the euro canard fighters (Rafale, Thyphoon, Gripen). So i have high hopes that HAL finally designed a fighter jet that could potentially attract international customers.

Since the last time I posted only now I managed to get some free time.

As of now I doubt it

They r more concerned presently with the diarrhoea + dysentery + chronic piles afflicting them

They r moving armoured brigades to borders , flying CAPs , cancelling leaves etc in anticipation of imaginery attacks

The public there has gone nuts , confusing sonic booms of own fighters as attacks

The waiting game is fun lol

Also Ira/n has identified the perpetrators of the recent suicide blast which killed many of their people as Pa.............s
