The poorest parts in their country, could never in a million years be comparable to any part of SA. Not by a long shot. Even our villages are better than some of the filthy things they call cities & towns.

But Cape town and Durban didn't make the list of 140 EIU livable cities in the world 2018. Though Joburg and Pretoria made the list out of all the cities in South Africa. Why was Lagos that made it recognised ahead of those cities, huh?
