INEC should call APC and their soldiers to order in rivers state. The terrorist APC party is using soldiers to intimate voter's in Rivers because of their high voters strength and are PDP stronghold. Amaechi the Judas and his terrorist APC party wants to make it impossible for proper elections to hold in rivers so that voters will be intimidated causing apathy and even cancellation.
