We are also on a massive roll out of family planning. The investment in our healthcare is testament to that. Our economic growth should outstrip our population growth by huge margins for us to achieve our goals. We need to lessen the dependency ratio if we are to reap the demographic dividend.We just can't let the masses overbreed like rats. We need to get to two children per family, we are near there!
