This is why Yorubas of Kwara sometimes don't align with SW. Imagine the rubbish, see how Kwara trounced PDP.

Honestly I doff my hat for the kwarans, dem sabi. They have made a strong statement for the yorubas in illorin and other places in kawara.

never expected what I'm seeing from lagos and the south west,

even with osinbajo on the ballot!

When I was in Nigeria, I stayed in the very same place. I know well and good that the elite will not vote PMB. I am talking retired top military men who stole monies from the pension schemes. Former PDP cronies who got windfalls for doing nothing many of which could not spend lau lau under this govt. Is it the same elite that were hiding millions of dollars in apartments and condos? They hate PMB with a passion so I am not surprised at all. Besides, that result will be balanced by the ones from the ghettos and suburbs. Those will vote PMB massively. The shocker TBH is the Ogun results. APC will win but it is a lot closer than expected considering PDP did not even campaign there.

this is what i keep saying too, all these southern states will just cushion up the real results , kano ,katsina, rivers state votes plus akwa ibom are very crucial , so far noone seems to have heard anything from rivers state . i know atiku will win taraba with a wide margin which can cancel out any deficit he has in kano state provided his losing margin in kano isnt much

Buhari is getting Kano with at least 75%. So taraba votes cannot do anything. Their voting population is low

Y'all screaming "PDP would cry", " APC would see pepper", truth is it's you guys the joke is on if the winner never performs. Nobody get fuel cheaper at any filling station nor buy food cheaper at the market by just declaring the political party they belong. I am very sure, no senator , house of rep member is here arguing. In this election, its either Nigeria wins or Nigeria loses. Nothing like PDP or APC win. The joke is on us as a people. Latest, in 5 months time, we'll be reaping the fruit of our collective decision, then we'll meet at the market or filling station and no more chants of PDP nor APC. Reality has set in. I wish Nigeria the best. Don't just kill yourself if your preferred candidate lose, neither feel you've won if your preferred candidate wins. Its either we all win or we all lose. Last last its all about our democracy.
Spot On! I totally Agree!

You know one problem we have is that proud tribal bigots like you and @Auladimeji are obviously subtly celebrated on a public forum like this. I shudder at the thought of a future dominated by your likes. I am only hoping you're a young teenager and that over time you'll mature out of this dangerous mindset you have and flaunt. Otherwise, if you're a full grown lady, its sure unfortunate but much more unfortunate for you.

You expect that you will have the listening ears of any enlightened Yoruba? You need to come up with convincing stuff to push your hate agenda. No one needs to scrutinize you for too long to know your problem is deep rooted hate and probably jealousy.

Please help yourself.
I'm bigot because I got it from Igbos. As long as Igbos hates my tribe,I will continue to hate every living creature from the southeast.

Its you that's not serious. Why giving up on Yorubas when the APC are not living up to expectations? Why wouldn't it be possible for opposition to easily penetrate?
I think this should be a lesson to those gullible politicians that people are becoming wiser daily.
Although APC will still win there but with the high votes recorded for PDP especially in Oyo and Osun, if they like let them not sit up. undecided

Already hearing that PDP is sharing vote with APC at Delta... I hope there is a sort of magic that can raise the notch for PDP. Atiku should know better that Western State are Player States with no loyalty, he need to give them something to believe in, he should have picked a vice from that region to win more votes, someone like Adeleke.
