No, a president elect must win 25% of 2/3 of the 36 states coupled with scoring overall votes casted otherwise there will be re run. So its 24 states and not 21 states

Yoruba will now give 45% or 55% to the same party , there's no way the party will not win in FCT and Nassarawa. This scenario is even worse in South West states.
