That's really not true. In my polling unit, there was some manual accreditation. In fact, if you want to catch nice at the polling unit if card readers keep details record of cards accredited and they compare to the ones marked on voters register, I swear they see a lot of frauds as it will not tally because usually, and like what happened in my unit, APC party agents just bringing people and giving them PVCs from their pockets. They hurriedly did it without cross checking manually on the voters register. It was after the results have been tallied and announced and the INEC officials were recording their results they found out the number of ballot papers thumb printed exceeded the number they accredited voters the INEC officials allowed to over thumbprint because of 40 thousand naira. They could reduce the number of votes anymore as it would an issue of where do they remove the numbers. So to solve it, they just randomly selected voters names in the register which cant tally with the voters card accreditation...

And so many of such would have replicated in thousand of places.
