The All Progressives Congress polled 497,914 votes to beat the Peoples Democratic Party which scored 50,763 votes in Yobe in last Saturday’s presidential election.

Prof. Abubakar Gunduri, the state Collation Officer, announced the result after collation from the 17 local government areas in the state on Monday in Damaturu.

He said that the state had 1,365,913 registered voters, out of which, 601,059 were accredited for the election.

Gunduri added that a total of 586,137 votes were cast, out of which, APC scored 497,914 votes, while PDP scored 50,763 votes.

According to the collation officer, the exercise recorded a total of 559,365 valid votes and 26,772 invalid votes.

He commended the electorate, stakeholders and party agents for the peaceful elections, commitment and cooperation throughout the collation exercise.

Meanwhile, Dr Zaji Bunu and Dr Abdu Bulama, the agents of the APC and PDP, had accepted the result and signed the documents on behalf of their parties.

I guess you are forgetting Plateau, Benue, Abuja and Kogi

Buhari currently leading in Katsina with 500k margin.

No state in SE/SS can produce such margin in this election

Kogi is MASSIVELY atikulated. Apc will be shocked! They think we are filled with almajiri or sentimental voters! Its Civil servants + students + others vs the Apc.

Yobe is one of the smallest states in the North and Buhari was able to get 446k votes difference while Ebonyi gave Atiku less than 200k difference

Yobe alone might cancel the margin in 2-3 SE states

That is how elections are won

Yobe and Borno margins might end up canceling the margin of the entire SE and we have not even touched the Messi, Ronaldo and Neymar in Katsina, Kano Kebbi

I didn't say Buhari will win all the LGAs, I said he'd win the state, so, yes. In your Kogi state.

Maybe River state

What apc did in yobe,katsina,sokoto,kano,kaduna or others states in the north is unacceptable and can't stand at all,they inflated the number of votes allocated to apc in these states.inec,pdp and well meaning nigerians should reject this charade.the results should be scrutinized,looked into properly,check the results from all the polling units in all the states mentioned.we here by say total capital no to election rigging by buhari and apc.the votes of the elctorates should be allowed to stand and counted properly with out any due interference from the ruling party apc.
