I think Atiku started failing when he was concentrating on Kano/Kaduna votes when he should be focusing on Yobe/Borno/Niger/Zamfara where Buhari might be getting more than 400k margin of victory from each states but instead they were concentrating on the big voting states which they know that irrespective of what happen, Buhari will always win Kano/Kaduna/Kastina.

That was the problem. All these APC SW governors that were supported to power by Tinubu, once they got there, they started trying to be godfathers on their own. They think by whipping up sentiments that they are against Tinubu their problems will be solved. while neglecting the grassroot

Akeredolu made it his agenda to fight Tinubu at all level, He was the one who supported Oyegun and argued Oyeguns case while Osinbajo argued Oshiomoles case

In theOndo APC primaries, Akeredolu selected 2 APC senate candidates loyal to him, he wanted to replace Borrofice because Borrofice was for Tinubu. Imagine AKeredolu was writing APC national to cancel Borrofice nomination and accept the other 2 nominations he made in other places

Akeredolu forgot that he had no grassroot support and it was actually Tinubu who brought him out in 2012 and sponsored him against Mimiko
