That is my collation center, i am 100% sure that burning has nothing to do with apc or pdp. One of the indigene in the town had an argument with a soldier assigned to the inec center and the soldier shot him on the leg. Their was a brief stampede at the center before everywhere was calmed down. The soldiers were on alert through the night. I am convinced the youths burnt it down.
