Good to know

I hope buhari concedes defeat peacefully like GEJ did in 2015 or else , We toss his ass to the ICC.
Please,i need answers .

Section 134 (2) states that “A candidate for an election to the office of President shall be deemed to have been duly elected where, there been more than two candidates for the election- (a) he has the highest number of votes cast at the election; and (b) he has not less than one-quarter of the votes cast at the election each of at least two- thirds of all the states in Federation and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

Does this mean the winner must get 25% vote in Abuja to be declared winner?
Is it the majority vote that counys or the number of states?

phase1:
Aisha from Adamawa, APC senators and the APC governor all ganged up against Atiku, yet he is coasting to victory in his home state.

The most important thing is that Buhari can't be president, he got less than 21% in Abuja where consistutional need 25% to win in other to be declared president.

We have the result and if INEC alters it, there will chaos.
Some of you will just sit down and start throwing wrong assertions up and down without even seeing the cover of the constitution.
Oga quote where the constitution says Buhari needs to have 25% in Abuja to be declared the President.
I am waiting ooooo........

Nooo...
Abuja in that context is seeing as a state. You dont need to have 25% in Abuja alone so far you can get that from other states.

Not true! For you to be declared president, you must Aleast score 25% in FCT. If you like score, 15 million votes from the 36 states without FCT. Oyo is your name.

Take It Or Leave It, I Have A Message For Nigerians, And This Message Is From The Throne Of Mercy, Victory Belong To God, Nigeria Belong To God, And God Have A Great Plans For Nigeria, Unfortunately Mr Atiku Abubakar Is Not In God's Plans For Nigeria, The Voice Of Man Is The Voice Of God, I Write As Iam Instructed, Let All Nigerians Both Christians And Muslems, Pray For Our President, Pmb, So That God Will Enable Him To Do 100% Better Than His First Term In The Office, The Almighty God Has Giving Him Victory Over All His Opponent, In The Presidential Election, Buhari Victory Is Settled And Non Negotiable.

It is basically by the general collated figures pulled by a candidate in the entire states of the country but technically and most times too, when a candidate wins more states than his opponent it can be said that he has won.

But the basis of my earlier post was because Atiku lost in both Yola north and south in his home state, where we had expected a landslide victory. Though i just realized PMB's wife and political cabals in the state are all APC.

Gracias!
