Please I need enlightenment from lawyer and every knowledgeable person in the forum. What exactly is the reason for doing governor's consent on a property, located in a clearly 'non-acquired' area in Lekki? What is the impact for not doing it, at all, especially if one has other forms of title e.g. legitimate deed of sublease.? Are there any problems if one decides not to do consent and to hold onto the deed of sublease, as the case maybe. Lawyer pls, chip in your words of wisdom and Nairalanders that are well-informed, pls shed a light for a fellow. Thank you |
