Hello house, please I need your help!!!
I'd like to register a business name myself without necessarily consulting a lawyer. Problem is, I don't have a national ID card or voters card but I'm currently serving and I have my Nysc Id. Can I use it?
My second question is; I want register a website name, my website can be managed remotely from anywhere. Which a office location do I put in the registration form.

@Topdognaija, you do not need a lawyer to register a company name now. Go to CAC portal and register and make the necessary payment for name search and when approved, you proceed. The obstacle is that you do not have the needed ID.

Your second question. You can use your home address as your office location if you do not have office address at present.

You need one of the following to identify yourself with CAC:
1. International Passport
2. National ID Card
3. Driver's License
4. Age Declaration
5. Birth Certificate
6. Permanent Voters Card
