Guy, shut up and stop making monkey noise here. Buhari is going to be your president till 2023. You should relocate to Togo if you can't withstand it. tongue tongue

I don't think so. I mean, that's the last joker for PDP. I believe the PDP is cooking big numbers from there.
They cannot cook more than registered voters who collected PVC.
Even if all voted for PDP. they are done for with the marging coming from The NW.

asunmoGGMU:
Article 134 (2) of the Nigerian Constitution stipulates that a presidential candidate will be duly elected after attaining both the highest number of votes cast, and having received at least a quarter of the votes at each of at least two-thirds of the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

The section reads: “If no candidate satisfies the requirement, a second election will be held between the two leading candidates within seven days from the pronouncement of the result.”

Read the above, there won't be any rerun.
with the result on ground, there is no chance for rerun but, should the winning margin less than the registered voters from those crises polling areas where election were not held/cancelled. the winner will not be announce until election hold in those areas.
