Rerun can only happen if the margin of victory is less than the total number of registered voters in places where election was cancelled.

And even at that, such a rerun will only be conducted at those places where elections were cancelled.

Just take a look at the number of Abokis you have in Lagos doing one thing or the other....as much as they are here, so they are in their state.

Rejected votes are voided votes. These are principally votes that crosses the space for two parties.
