Ask him what was the duress. He had already announced results from 9 LGAs with Okorocha leading by wide margin then got a call from Owerri asking him to leave the collation centre. The crowd insisted he must pronounce the complete resukt before leaving and it urns ro duress. When has defending your votes become a crime? It was clear that they had already written result in Owerri like they did at the APC primaries.
