A suspected female robber has been apprehended while carrying out an operation in Auchi, Edo state.

The girl, identified as Farida, was nabbed around 3a.m on Wednesday, February 27, 2019. Her boyfriend, however, escaped. The suspect has since been handed over to the police.

She was allegedly on the robbery operation with her boyfriend but he escaped and left her to face the music alone.

Locals stripped the girl of her blouse, tied her up, then handed her over to the local security in the area.
