Where will afonjas get money from? You think this is Oshogbo where land goes for 100,000 naira? The fact is they cannot afford it. Afonjas don't have disposable income from business like Igbos. They are mostly government or salaried workers on fixed salary like 20,000 to 200k naira a month. How the hell are you going to buy a 50-200million average pricey land in SE with that kind of meager income? Even Igbos in Nigeria are competing with Igbos abroad with strong valued foreign currency who are ready to buy these lots for over 100 million in a blind eye. Even in 100 yrs of saving, afonjas can never save enough to buy a pricey/choice lot. The fact is Igbos are able to afford these lots any where in the country because they have disposable income from business and assets for collateral. This is common sense!
