Lol. what is Yaba? The new Ikeja GRA or Lekki Phase 1? I don't need to live in Yaba, I spent a large chunk of
my life at its close cousin, Surulere.

You're only speaking as a property agent, a part of those I blame for the unnecessary inflation of properties in Lagos; Same way someone was advertising a half-plot of land at Abule Egba for 25M.

The Irony of your words though; given that you yourself on Nairaland advertised for sale a full plot of land at Sabo, Yaba for 23.5M. Perhaps unbeknownst to me, they have moved the Lagos state Capital to Yaba for land to not simply be less than 30M in the time between your advert and now.
