As far as i know, Rolls-Royce treat their most valuable clients in a vary special way. And when such client prefers not to be mentioned, from Rolls-Royce always respect that wish.

In this case, the client was very special and have an outstanding collection of Rolls-Royces. He wished not to be named, so beside his collaboration with the brand, nothing else will be revealed

The owner has toured with the car to a lot of places. The fact that it was spotted in dubai doesn't mean the owner lives in dubai.
