300 * 90 Loafs = #27,000.
cost of producing one bag is 15k max.

Bromate is a kind of improver... it's cheap and highly efficient.
but I think they said it's hazard to health out weighs the benefits, which was why they banned it.
it's now very scarce and expensive... we now resort to other better improvers.
