please, I need urgent clarity on where Npower payment is from. Is it also under IPPIS payroll? Any useful information will be appreciated.

Don't avoid this question like you've been doing on other threads

I think the money is being paid from a top politician's account cuz it seems they pay or owe the NPower recruits as they wish.
I was told they are yet to be paid for February. The money must have been used to bribe INEC RECs for the massive riggings

Thanks all for ur contributions. I also confirmed it on IPPIS faq, that it is paid through NON REGULAR ALLOWANCE which is approved by Budget Office of the Federation. because they are not PENSONABLE Staff. Thus, not qualify to be enrolled into IPPIS.
