If the party primaries has been invalidated then APC was not a participant in the election hence why the victory was given to the PDP. Now for the omehia case in Rivers state, they had a valid primaries but only substituted the name of the winner and that is why the victory was sill confined to the winning party.

If you understand the law you will read where the court said the Primart was inconclusive.... PDP can’t gain from that.... Remember the Supreme Court has ruled that it’s the party that owns the ticket and not the candidate. I’m sure the Appeal court will correct the mistake.

According to the law of the land, for a party to field a candidate, primary election must have been carried out either direct or indirect. And here we are, the court is saying that a party couldn't carry out a primary election, hence her ELIGIBILITY to field a candidate is questionable. I doubt if you 've reason it in this light.

Why is the court annuling APC candidates? could it be that majority of them are soaring on a stolen mandate? Rivers, cross rivers, zamfara, taraba...

it was inec that said zamfara and rivers primary is inconclusive, until the party involve went to court, but in this case, inec accepted the primary as conclusive.

The JUDICIARY is becoming a BIG PROBLEM in our democracy.
While the PDP might be happy over this decision, in the larger scheme of things, the Judiciary, these useless judges, are making a mockery of "Justice".

This useless Judge sacked someone who won a general election, not because he rigged the election, not because he lost the majority...... but because THE PRIMARY in his own party, which produced him was INCONCLUSIVE!

I mean, some Judges deserve to be jailed immediately.
These Judges should henceforth, stop their OVER-MEDDLING in the in INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF POLITICAL PARTIES.
Let the party run their business but only adjudicate when there is a problem of rigging in a general election.
The Party decision MUST be SUPREME, join another party if you dont agree with your party, dont run to a Judge to render your party useless,

Many like you who claim to follow Jesus are extremely foolish and have nothing in common with Jesus. And also very demented.

Irrespective of which party, the courts interprets the law as it deems fit. It could have ordered a rerun of the election this time with the correct APC candidate. But it has to consider public interest including cost. If a party could not put its house in order to produce a legal primaries winner the court can sanction it for that.

A court process can process can produce an unexpected result. It could even have favoured the candidate that came third under exceptional circumstances even if the third didn't go to court.

The Supreme Court will finally settle it.
