Exodus 20:8-11 says
Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. Six days you shall labour and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your manservant or maidservant, nor your animals, nor the alien within your gates. For in six days the lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.

In Eastern Christianity, the Sabbath is considered still to be on Saturday, the seventh day, in remembrance of the Hebrew Sabbath. While in Catholicism and most sects of Protestantism, the "Lord's Day" (Greek Κυριακή) is considered to be on Sunday.
I read things online claiming that the Vatican is anti-Christ and that they changed the Sabbath of the lord from Saturday to Sunday. And right now i'm so confused and don't know which to believe.

Can someone here help explain this mystery to me?

The Sabbath is actually Saturday. Sunday is a pegan day of worship and is dedicated to the sun god.

The Bible says God's mark of covenant of worship is the Sabbath, therefore the devil who wants to destroy man made his own covenant with man. Sunday worship is that covenant of Satan carried out by his throne on earth the Vatican. Sunday worship is meant to cancel God's covenant of Sabbath with man. It is the real mark of the beast.

We all know that according to Gregorian calendar, Sunday is the first day of the week yet it is considered a of worship. Do the math.

In the last days, even the elect will be deceived.

My opinion: worship GOD any day but keep the sabbath day (saturday) Holy.
