Just got an interveiw invite from them. I tried to google the name of the company but they don't av a website. The company is in abuja tho

Anyone has an idea abt d company?

Be careful how u grace the interview. M and D holdings is a very big company. U will neva c info abt them online yet the company is a well structured organization. They have two branches in abuja, one @ cotonou cresent, wuse, abuja.

If u applied as an accountant, pls prepare for a serious and numerous panel of interviewers. U will be given a laptop to showcase ur accounting skills. During my interview wit them, A number of 16 interviewers including the CEO were in attendance. I spent close to n hour in the interview room answering series of questions...They all threw diff questions and even b4 answering one question, another interviewer will tender his own questions too...that was some months ago tho.

If u scale thru the interview stages, u don be big boy be dat. They pay F...ken well.

And yes, prepare for a test too.

In addition to what Davidbee said. Prepare like it a final year exam. They do not accept rescheduling.
They pay is tight juts like Cummins. No room for error. Test is 25% interview 25% practicals 50%.
Please, be confident, facial expression matters, eye contact, do no rush your answers, be calm, what you don't k ow u don't know.
If u get the job..... You are made. My cousin works there, great place, nice work environment, vacation is compulsory.... Abeg forget. Its worth travelling for. Don't miss it for anything. They pay is super cool.

yes but their offer short of my expectations as it was lower than what I was earning then.
