I won’t respond u after this. On what grounds should the election be declared inconclusive? Did Ugwumba ur master meet the requirement? How many votes were cancelled and what margin did Emeka use in winning him? What areas will the rerun be contested if this election is declared inconclusive?
The REC didn’t go contrary to what is stipulated if he decided the winner by popular votes cos non of the candidates got 25% in 18 LGA’S.
Stop this propaganda and join the winning train cos aligning with a loser won’t do u any favour.

Go to court. He has already been returned elected. For those that have little knowledge of Imo State political configuration; what played out dat consummated in PDP Ihedioha victory can be explained out in different ways. First, Imo are politically very conscious people that have overtime learned to guard their vote as they did against Ohakim then to usher in Rochas who deceived them with APGA party . The main point was to ensure that Rochas dynasty was decimated as they all saw d candidate of AA, Uche Nwosu who is Rochas son in law as an extension of Okorocha grip on power. To add salt to d injury Nwosu is from same Orlu zone like his father in law and Orlu zone has had 16yrs at Douglas house (8yrs Achike Udenwa and 8yrs Rochas). Rochas greed and pride coupled with his underperformance was dia4 d vehicle for his downfall. Both Uzodinma and Ararume are seen in d eyes of d public as people of very questionable character and 419ners that are also perceived to belong to d occult world. The APC too taught Okorocha a bigger lesson and with his senatorial seat hanging in d balance, d Iberiberism ambassador will go down very soon just d way Nnamdi Kalu has always warned him that his romance with d Caliphate will be his undoing one day. Just remembered d video of d IPOB man humiliating Rochas in London and u will know that d hatred against d Mr Statues was deep rooted. Ihedioha benefited from all these and being from Owerri zone and having garnered experience as former Deputy Speaker it was easy for a consensus to be built around him. MNK ideology has ensured that no more APC in d entire South East

If Emeka didnt actually win 25% in 2/3rd of the LGAs in Imo, then he should not have been declared winner.

The law is the law.

But that is a big "if".

Am really happy tho that Okorocha and APC jas been kicked ouy of Imo state and the SE, a refio where APC regarded with disdain.

Do you know what? We won't pay people to protest telling Nwosu not to go court or your third runner up Uzodima. We are more matured and enlightened than you people who had to bribe people to tell Atiku not to go court. We are waiting for them at the tribunal shikenan.

I actively played a role in Adamawa, Bauchi and Plateau state politics. For the fact that you see me and this faceless platform doesn't mean I am as ideal as you are. I play politics that pay not what you are doing here without been known even in your local government politics not to talk of state. Have a nice day.

Only a court can decide that because there is no precedent......
None of the contestants as well met the 25% requirements.....

Also, the margin of victory is more than cancelled votes which is the basis for inconclusive elections....

This is a first....let Nwosu go to Court....maybe a Rivers Amaechi Omehia may play which I very well doubt....because it is the best news on the streets of Imo now.........

I want Okorocha and APC completely out of Imo, probably more than yourself and want Ihedioha to win.

But like I said: the law is the law. I never go against that. Regardless of my sentiments.

Let the court decide sha.

Altho I know that ecen if the election was conducted a million times, Ihedioha will win everytime. It cannot even be rigged.

Ihedioha should also start to reach out to other contestants now: Ararume, Ohakim, Nwulu and others.

Your last line very correct..........

For the law matter.....there is no precedent....only the Courts can decide......

Look at the case of late Abubakar Audu and Yahaya Bello/James Faleke......there was no precedent.....the party decided and the Court upheld....

Ihedioha declared winner is not wrong, even if it may not be right...

I know the matter will be tried in Court sha but for now let Imolites savour this victory.

Guy,i like your civility but we should not in the quest to spite our hand cut off our fingers.its foolhardy.
Again, ihedioha is like an owerri/mbaise governor.over 40% of his votes came from mbaise.over 70% of his votes came from owerri zone in general.this is bad,it shows he's not acceptable to other zones.without the inflated votes, nwosu would have won.

I agree that Ihedioha is not liked by all but again, no leader is loved by all.

Imo people voted against Rochas and not Ihedioha per say.

One thing in common among the parties is that all of them rigged so rigging should not be tagged on PDP alone in this matter.

Nwosu's vote is also in doubt. In my own view he and Rochas might have rigged to get that number of votes for him.

Just bear in mind that Imo people can never accept the plan of Rochas.

You are suggesting we tear up the constitution as long as the outcome of an action favours what majority of the people want?
That is why it is called election.
People vote.
I don't know if the election was rigged anyways.
Whatever we are saying now is not even important because the inec have given their result. ✌
